Calibration

We recommend that the DSLA is returned to us for test and calibration every three years. Contact your Distributor in the first instance, who should be able to manage the process for you.

You may return the product directly to us with an accompanying Commerical Invoice stating that the product is being temporarily exported to the UK for calibration and putting a nominal value for Customs purposes.   Do not include leads, software or power supply. Please ensure the product is packed in the original carton to minimise risk of damage in transit. Contact sales@malden.co.uk for a quotation for calibration.

Upon receipt, we will test and calibrate the product and return it with a Calibration Certificate. Our instrumentation calibration is traceable to National Standards. It is often easier to use your carrier for the return shipment, please provide account details. Calibration is normally  completed within three or four working days from your authorisation or purchase order.
