PSQM and PSQM+

The former ITU-T Rec. P.861 was withdrawn in 2001, however the PSQM/PSQM+ results are still available in a PSQM upgrade used in conjunction with PAMS for DSLA users. PSQM/PSQM+ is also an option for SPA users.
